We can customize a special package just for you. We also love to travel and offer an all-inclusive wedding destination package just for you.

We, at Blu Events will do more than just assist you with the details. A wedding production is a production that requires a production manager to oversee and orchestrate all the different moving pieces. Without a solid foundation, a beautifully designed wedding will fall apart. We are here to provide the structural support for all the different elements and vendors to work in tandem for your wedding day. Our goal is to ensure that you not only enjoy your wedding day, but also the wedding planning process.
We will be with you every step of the way from the beginning process till the day you say, “I DO”. This collection is made for today’s modern bride and groom on the go. We will choose the best team of vendors for you from our preferred vendors’ list while creating a fun stress free experience just for you. We can assure that we will be with you every step of the way and execute your vision from beginning to the end.
A wedding day coordinator is a necessity, so that everyone especially you, the bride can relax and enjoy the most precious day that you’ve been working toward. Also known as the “Month of Coordinator”, this service begins 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date. With our monthly “check-ins” and reminders, you’ll be ready to complete your final tasks. In the final month, we fully take over vendor communications and tie up all the loose ends so that you can relax and truly enjoy the happiest day of your life.
Our Design & Coordination collection is our most popular package, by far! It includes the benefits of having a Day of Wedding Coordinator with the luxury of a personal wedding design consultant. This collection is fit for our brides that already have their venue and need a professional wedding designer to pull together their inspirations while receiving guidance in coordination of all the wedding day details. Together, we will make your dream wedding and wedding designs become a reality!

If you’re wanting to run away and elope but you still want a beautiful ceremony and/or dinner table, we are here to make your dreams come true. We can and will gladly travel anywhere you have in mind and create a “micro wedding” for your elopement. No stress or big crowds, just you, and your soon to be hubby, and a beautiful set up.

Corporate events have unique needs that typical coordinator do not get to experience while planning social parties such as branding. Through meticulous organization and effective communication, we will execute an enriching experience for your guests. Design & Styling
Our Design Styling Package are especially curated just for you and have many variables that are taken into account. From start to finish, we will take your thoughts, wants and needs into account; combine that with our unique and custom ideas to come out with the design you’ve been dreaming of. We will put a customized design vision board for you, source all products and décor for you, reach out to vendors and put together a timeline for you and so much more. Our customized Design Styling Package starts at $500.
